What is favicon and how you put the favicon on magento

If you want to put your business logo on your web browser address bar use favicon. The favicon will appear on the tab of brower page. I just finished our company favicon upload for Magento on tnsdeals.

Favicon size is 16x16 or 32x32 pixels.  Magento accepts most type of images. But for better compatibility I recommend .ico file. I just find the ico converter on google and changed png to ico in 10 seconds. if you are ready for upload the image. Please follow below option

Step 1: Make a Favicon

  1. Make a 16x16 or 32x32 pixels graphic image of your business logo
  2. Search google to convert .ico for your image. and save as “favicon.ico”

Step 2: Upload Image File to Your Magento Store

  1. Magento Admin panel, System > Configuration.
  2. Configuration panel Design. Then, click HTML Head.
  3. Next to the Favicon Icon field, click the Browse button. Select the favicon.ico to upload.
  4. After complete, click the Save Config.
  5. You can see your business logo on address bar and favorite bar

Just CD Key Sales good for Gamers in Any Country

While we were trying to find another business model of tnsdeals current products and games We just met another way to help gamers save international shipping fee and get fast delivery. It's justcdkey sale for Steam, Origins and more.

We tried to find some potential customers and found in Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, and many countries Game price is super high and can make them to be our customers. But many of them also can't speak English. This could be minor restriction.

So Tnsdeals just launched new category as JustCDkey. That carrys now Steam Code that was fully tested by our game technician. Tnsdeals will add every code required game without limit. Because many people who download from torrents need code only because they already have game disc and file.

Gamer's world is changing to digital world. We also can follow and be ready to support current and future customers with better solution and service. Because Steam and Manufacturer will sell much expensive than online retailer like Tnsdeals

Where can I buy computer parts for upgrade and new assemble in OC, CA

If you just want faster computer with current SATA hard drive computer I just recommend upgrade your current SATA HDD to SSD. You can feel and find smooth working with new 1 part upgrade with under $100 spent. You also can put PCI Express 1GB HDD(cheapest one $20.00). This will support your CPU and Memory to keep up speed. If you have slow laptop This is perfect upgrade. Because most laptop hdd has 5400rpm You can find much faster computer. Use current 3.5" HDD as extra backup or installation drive.

For New Computer machine, As a local computer geek I assemble many desktop computers and need to find best deal all over the year to keep same price to customers. Many buyers are using online shopping mall. But we need to wait several days to avoid extra shipping expense. So I use local retail store to pick parts anytime. Best buy is not good place to buy computer parts.

1. CPU & Motherboard : Buy AMD bundle that only costs $100  - $200 for both at micro center
2. HDD : 1TB Sata is $59.99 all year in OEM, NEW, Warranty at Microcenter
3. Graphic card : For even office computer I install PCI E 1GB graphic card, Microcenter, try's has good deal  with mail in rebate. You need to check with visiting $40 for normal, $100 for gaming
4. Case & Power Supply : I have direct manufacturer source. But you can check micro center or Tnsdeals in Anaheim $ 40 - $80
5. DVD RW :  micro center is selling $17 with OEM, NEW
6. Keyboard & Mouse : China brand cheap at Microcenter $ 15, branded wireless Mouse at Tnsdeals $15 or Fry's $25

Where can I buy valuable LED Monitor in Holiday Season 2013?

I am looking for 2 monitors to set up on my office as Test bed and Video recording. The Tower will be reliable with most current PC games. I try to find 1920 x 1080 resolution. This could be possible 22"-27" with my favorite.

With searching retail store and online market I found that I need to decide the size and money wise. It's the question and confusing from everybody.

First, I can buy just 19"-22" around $100 for 1920 x 1080 resolution with below list.
http://www.microcenter.com/product/393180/W2072a_20_Widescreen_LED_Monitor $89.99
http://www.microcenter.com/product/408370/e2252Swdn_22_LED_Monitor 99.99
http://www.frys.com/product/7923740?site=sa:adpages%20page:P10_WED%20date:121113 $89.99

Personally I am not familiar with BenQ brand. Under same price you need to check the warranty years. Many Monitor warranty was 3 years. But some cheaper one has 1 year. I used to buy cheap Acer to my customers and need to get warranty 15% from brand new one. So If the price, warranty is similar I recommend to buy with powered brand like Samsung, LG..

Second, I really want to buy super big monitor for myself. I am using 1080P LCD TV 40" as my office monitor. I bought Haier brand about one and half years ago from Frys with $299 under weekly deal not hot season. It's still good working and I satisfied with this. But It's too big for my desk. I feel 32" LED TV or 27" LED Monitor would be better.

Many people are asking to me about LED, LCD TV works with Desktop computer. YES with 99% current TV. You can hook up with HDMI(If you have HDMI out from your computer) or VGA(RGB, It's regular connection with most monitor) with 3.5mm sound connector. But many 32" better priced TV only support 720P. Not big difference as Monitor. But if you use a lot for your office job or desktop icons It only supports 1366 x 768. You can feel it's small and need more space to put your icons and shortcuts. but It's good for grandma because She can see bigger letters, icons than regular monitor with poor vision.

Choose from here

http://www.costco.com/HP-Pavilion-27xi-27-inch-IPS-LED-Backlit-Monitor-%7c-1920x1080.product.100081807.html $219.99
http://www.microcenter.com/product/423544/27_1080p_LED_Monitor_with_HDMI_S27C390H $219.99
http://www.frys.com/product/7939180?site=sa:adpages%20page:P10_WED%20date:121113 $269.00

I prefer current Costco deal. but you can choose Frys one with Cheap, Bigger, TV availability. But Frys best price came from new brand and I can't trust and recommend 100% without any credit. This means I won't but it.

Which gaming mouse is useful for WOW and Counter Strike

From Cyber Snipa on Target Gaming

“Mouse are all the same, who needs a gaming mouse?”  That is what I used to think until my mouse broke and I decided, why not give it a try.  So I went searching for a cheap gaming mouse with a design that I liked and ended up choosing the Fierce Laser Gaming Mouse V.2 from Cyber Snipa on Target Gaming.  When I first got it I just used it without installing the driver for it.  The mouse moves smoothly and the weight of the mouse is adjustable. I was able to get my perfect weight, 15g.  The only problem was I could not adjust the buttons on the side.  All it did was minimize, optimize, and go back and forward for my browser.  When I looked at the manual it said it can change music, skip and do all these fancy stuff.  So, I ended up installing the driver.  It was very confusing when I first looked at the control interface but once I played around with it I found it to be very self-explanatory.  I was able to adjust the mouse buttons and cpi depending on the game I plan on playing and don’t worry you can save the profile for it so you can switch back and forth with a click of a button.

I saved 2 mouse settings for my gaming needs.  My first setting is just for my everyday daily computer use.  Low CPI with my side buttons used to make my browser searches easier.  My second setting is for my first-person-shooter games.  High CPI with my side buttons used to control my music and mic.  Though I still have not figured out how to set my buttons to be used in game, I don’t really see it necessary.  Just being able to control my music without leaving my gaming screen is very nice.  For all you light gamers I would recommend the Fierce Laser Gaming Mouse V.2.  I think it makes for a great mouse just overall.  Its simple design and soft movement feels great on the wrist and hand.  It comes with 5 extra buttons that are all adjustable to what you want it to do.  4 buttons are on the left where most right handed people thumbs would lay.  Very easy to click and maneuver around the buttons.  The 5th one is right below the scroll.  Hard to reach so you won’t accidently click on it when you are gaming but makes it easy for you to bounce back and force between mouse settings.  It even changes color!  It is not necessary but it looks cool.  Overall being the first gaming mouse I owned I would give it 5 stars out of 5.  Now I understand why people buy gaming mouse, the looks, the smoothness, the extra buttons that may seem unnecessary but is very handy.  If you plan on upgrading your mouse I would highly recommend you upgrade to a gaming mouse.  Don’t go for the $100+, $200+ mouse but go for something cheaper within the $50 range and you will be please, I sure am with my mouse.
